Max Building Performance (MAX) is a new and exciting company entering the home energy rating, commercial energy assessment and weatherization field. Ray and Mark also understand that there is a need to improve the performance of residential and commercial buildings not only to save money for the owner but to also conserve natural resources. Ray and Mark are two individuals with similar work experience but together their experiences complement each other to create a very dynamic and innovative company to help customers reduce their energy usage.

With the use of the latest home energy auditing, weatherization software and testing equipment MAX can help structure a plan to reduce your total utility usage.  MAX can show the customer where their greatest energy losses are and recommend steps to decrease those losses in homes or commercial buildings.

If you are building a new "green" home (LEED for Homes, Earthcraft House, NAHB Green home or Energy Star Certified home), MAX can perform the energy efficient audit and testing required.
